At this stage, professional design software is used to conduct hydraulic pipe dimensioning analyses for siphonic systems, complete necessary gutter flow rate calculations, and prepare precise drain positioning layouts. Additionally, placement projects for natural lighting and smoke extraction and ventilation systems on roofs and façades are structured during this process.
All project design works are delivered in compliance with current national regulations, local building codes, and European standards (EN norms).

Following the contract phase, a comprehensive work program and site mobilization plan are prepared, tailored to the physical conditions of the site, safety regulations, and project milestones.

This stage covers material logistics, crane and equipment positioning, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and installation workflows. This seamless coordination with other active contractors and disciplines on-site effectively prevents potential bottlenecks, unplanned production stops, and any loss of time.

Installation
