Project Designing
Engineering calculations of siphonic and conventional drainage systems, as well as roof-façade accessories, are meticulously performed by our expert design team in accordance with international standards.The safest drainage scenarios are modeled based on your facility's roof structure and local maximum rainfall statistics. At this stage, professional design software is used to conduct hydraulic pipe dimensioning analyses for siphonic systems, complete necessary gutter flow rate calculations, and prepare precise drain positioning layouts. Additionally, placement projects for natural lighting and smoke extraction and ventilation systems on roofs and façades are structured during this process.
All project design works are delivered in compliance with current national regulations, local building codes, and European standards (EN norms).

Planning
Following the contract phase, a comprehensive work program and site mobilization plan are prepared, tailored to the physical conditions of the site, safety regulations, and project milestones.Recognizing that time management and operational continuity are of critical importance in industrial projects, we establish a detailed schedule and task distribution. This stage covers material logistics, crane and equipment positioning, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and installation workflows. Especially in fully operational factories where production is ongoing, we share a work schedule fully synchronized with the facility management to ensure that installation and maintenance processes are executed with zero downtime or minimum disruption. This seamless coordination with other active contractors and disciplines on-site effectively prevents potential bottlenecks, unplanned production stops, and any loss of time.

Installation

All of our teams are fully competent in approved projects and technical installation details.
